• Sick visit or well visit, depending on your needs

• Diagnostic testing when appropriate (vital signs, point‑of‑care labs, EKG, wound assessment)

• Immediate treatment and minor procedures performed during the visit (injections, wound care, dressing changes)

• Personalized diagnosis and treatment plan

• Written instructions covering diagnosis, medications, follow‑up care, and symptom monitoring

• Prescriptions sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy

• Referrals to specialists or imaging when needed

• Visit summary documented and added to your medical record

Not included: extended care plans, ongoing chronic disease management, durable medical equipment, specialty procedures, external lab or imaging charges, and telemedicine or home‑visit services. If additional services are recommended, staff will review any potential charges beforehand.
